We had a magical morning with Jean

We had a magical morning with Jean . We started with a drive through the jungle to a cenote where we swam in clear waters through the cavern surrounded by stalagmites and stalactites with the odd fruit bat swirling around us. Jean was a mind of information which was interesting too. Then off we went a short distance drive away to beach, grabbing our snorkel gear and flippers on to a boat. We were prepared to be in a small group setting but we were so lucky to be the only ones so we got one-to-one attention which was great as we are weak swimmers. The staff could not have been more supportive and we achieved something we never thought possible – to swim and be part of the wonderful underwater world , included turtles.
