Some tours depart from different locations, for example Cancun or Riviera Maya, please select the one you prefer from the list of Tours. Once you have made your tour reservation you will be contacted by our team to determine together the ideal starting point for you, with the option of departing directly from your hotel/airbnb or other place of residence. Alternatively, you can depart from predetermined meeting points.

Our main goal is to offer a service that lives up to expectations, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Within the tour sheets you will find indicated whether a tour is suitable for children, pregnant women or people with reduced mobility. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our team can count on many highly qualified and multilingual guides. We guarantee daily tours in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and French. You can also request a tour in another language, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tours are conducted on specific days following precise itineraries.

Private Tours are agreed upon with the client and can be 100% customized, whether by type of activity, duration, day, and more.

In each tour sheet you will find specified which people are not recommended to take certain tours. Some tours cannot be taken by people with reduced mobility or respiratory difficulties, children under 3 years of age or pregnant women cannot participate.

In order to ensure everyone’s safety, we ask you to pay close attention to these directions.

Tours indicated as “full-day” involve an early morning departure and a mid-afternoon return (the time may vary depending on the location selected). Half-day tours usually take place during the morning.

On each tour sheet you will find listed the essentials to bring with you depending on the experience you choose. When booking, indicate the names of the tour participants, show up at the tour with your documents (or a copy) and the email (digital or printed) with your reservation.

Tours can be paid for by Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Private Tours can only be paid by Bank Transfer.

If Blue Caribe determines that it is impossible to conduct an activity (due to bad weather or with other reasons) the tour will be postponed and rescheduled. Our team will make every effort to find the right solution for each client. In case of inability to reschedule the tour, the client will receive refund.

If the client does not pretend to the booked tour or of chooses not to perform certain experiences, the latter cannot guarantee of the right to a refund.
